    Why do we not see stainless steel inlet manifolds produced? I would have thought stainless steel would have some of the best properties for inlet manifolds.

    Whats the point? I have never heard of any inlet manifold suffering from the degree of corrosion that would justify using stainless.

    The Minimania thread is a cracker, but I think the nerd factor should be closer to 10 myself 🙂

    I was thinking more in terms of of reflection and conduction of heat. I would have thought the properties of stainless would be better suited to an inlet manifold than alloy.
