  2. This one was also stuck amongst 71 Circuit images. At the front of the roof is a service plate for car 71, which on the 71 Circuit entry list was WH Cathcart from Monea (County Fermanagh). Anyone confirm? The sticker on the door of the car in the background says 'Sutton & Cheam Motor Club – Team Tempest Rally Ser…'

  3. 'Team Tempest Rally Service' was a sticker used on S&CMC private entrants' service vehicles on major rallies. Usually a team entry (or two) for the 'Club Team Award'.
Of similar vintage was the large black 'C' on yellow background carried by CSMA club team service vehicles on RACs (this example – of my car – has a further small 's' added within the 'C', as the initial of the particular competing driver supported):

I thought that, although he should be on the right as the slide is printed back to front? :p

Agree that it's Rhodes LBL 666D but the number 2 on the door seems to indicate it may be the Guards Trophy meeting at Brands where the Rhodes car was 244

That background doesn't look like Brands to me though hmm

It is Basil and he may be with a TV presenter? he looks sort of familiar in the second shot.
