Howdy folks, I was wondering if anyone had a schematic drawing of the above suspension pump?

I've aquired a pump but all the bits are in a bucket, everything works allegedly but it would be nice to have a drawing to follow.

Thanks for any info/help you may be able to give.

Yes it is working now

The two pipes that are missing top one goes to pressure gauge
lower one goes to car.

hope this helps.

Thanks John. My pump is complete and refurbished, but I haven't been able to try it out....no fluid tracked down yet.

Thank you John for your pictures. Although some tubing is missing from your pics, I have enough info to re-build my suspension pump.
Once again thank you for taking the time to reply to my query.

PS. Is your pump in working order?

Best regards, TR.;)

hi Robin no i think parts are as rare as new hydrolastic units i striped mine down and converted some seals from a pressure washer to fit.:p

If the vacume side is the same bore then would have some seals but from my experience the piston is always the fault:(

I supose you could get a new piston made but for the vaccume side i dont think it is worth it

John did you have to source parts to get your pump working ?. The vacuum side on our pump hasn't worked for years, wouldn't mind stripping it and finding out what's wrong but wasn't too sure about parts supply ?
