The seams don't seem(?) to appear in my photo! Do you mean the side seams or some other seams?

You have owned it since 70/71 when u were about 21 ish yes ??.. and you restore cars eh ??...and an MCR member for 8 weeks or so ??... are you sure ....fantastic car if its kosher and you have held onto the car for 44 years !!!... be nice to see some engine pics etc.??. ps what mileage have you done in it since 70/71 ??..your 1 owner mk 3s ..........mind blowing as if I remember rightly my mk 3 cooper s had about 50k on it in 1979 !!! lol.... tks foxy52
I do remember a very similar car (probably this car ) appearing on Ebay last year with a local dealer. De-seaming isn't that unusual but very unusual to bend the seams over and fill!
Perhaps i should have said the car was a 1 owner before i purchased her.I will post some pictures of the engine bay boot and interior later .

I also learnt to drive in a mini... sounds a great find !! 1 owner car before you ?..be nice to see the state it was in before you restored it ??......very very rare 1 life owner old minis especially a mk3 s... should be worth a good 5 figures !!!.. very envious lol... !!! foxy52
I still can't see any of the restored seams........
Hi Peter the front and rear seams have been pinned over and lightly filled over then resprayed glazier white also the floor pans are all original with the press studs for the carpets.
