Further to the productive discussions that we had about this at the club night on Monday, I thought it would be good to send you all a list of events that we, as a Region, are looking to either attend or organise this year, as follows (N&D region contact for each event in brackets):

MCR National Mini Day, Beaulieu, near Lymington, New Forest, Sunday 12thJune – the big one, N&D Region stand with weekend stayover planned Mini Cooper Register Rally | Beaulieu National Motor Museum (Niall Cook)
Jim Clark Run, date TBC but provisionally either Saturday 23rd or Saturday 30th July – run up to the new Jim Clark Motorsport Museum in Duns in the Borders Jim Clark Motorsport Museum – The Jim Clark Trust, meeting up at a suitable breakfasting establishment beforehand (Keith Proudfoot)
Croft Nostalgia/HSCC Race Meet, Croft Circuit, Darlington, Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th September – Goodwood Revival style event that we’ve attended many time in the past. N&D Region stand planned, subject to sufficient interest from members, stand & ticket availability Croft Nostalgia Event with racing from HSCC – Croft Circuit (Niall Cook)
Northumberland Borders Rally, location TBC but local, Saturday 19th November– our Region’s annual navigational rally with Special Tests. Competitors and marshals/helpers required!www.northumberlandbordersrally.co.uk(Niall Cook)
