Hello everyone
We are well into October and unfortunately the weather is turning. Although it has to be said that I view this as just a step closer to spring! You know optimism and all that😁.
In the meantime, although most of us have our cars safely ensconced in their garages, we still have our regular meetings at the Crofton Inn in Stubbington. Our next meeting is tomorrow (Wednesday 20th) at 7.30pm. Look out for the MCR sign board. I know I may have said the second Wednesday in an earlier email, but I got that wrong, it is the third Wednesday of the month.
Providing we have enough people we will have a short quiz. Next month Sally has booked the skittles alley at the same venue and further on in December we have a Christmas meal booked. Judging by our recent meal at the Crofton; it should be good.
So, as you can see plenty going on. Do please try to come, the more the merrier. It is a great time to catch up with people you don’t see so often and although the talk does involve cars, it is not always the case!
