The Sussex Region of
the Mini Cooper Register meets on the second Tuesday of each month
at The Sportsman, Amberley, West Sussex.
Our evening meetings
are always very well attended, with MCR members coming from all over
Sussex, and some from beyond.
These meetings are
primarily an informal social gathering, with the emphasis generally
appearing to focus on gossip!!
We are always pleased to see new faces and cars, so do come along
and find us.
Members attending own a variety of cars, ranging from some rather
interesting older vehicles, through Rover Coopers to include a
number of new MINI Coopers.
We are an active
region and are always looking for new events to attend.
We have had MCR Regional club stands at Brooklands Mini Day and,
Beaulieu and have close links with other local Mini Clubs.
Other events
regularly attended include the MCR Bournemouth weekend, the
MiniWorld Action Day, Castle Coombe etc.
Members also try to arrange a number of social events during the
year, such as Mystery Tours, Treasure Hunts, Barbecues, and a
regularly sold-out Sussex Region Christmas Party.
