email address		This must be the same as registered with the Forum.
Membership Number		Either from your membership card or the address label with you magazine.
Post Code or Zip Code		This must agree with that on your magazine address label.
User Name		This is the name you used to register on the forum

If inappropriate postings are made or the use Forum abused then the Committee reserve the right to withdraw access to this facility.
