Off-Peak Run (4 replies)
Please find the advert for the Off-Peak Run attached. I will be contacting those who've already expressed interest individually, but there was a change in accommodation (we were let down by the original venue). So (and I know this will please some of you!) we will be staying in a hotel now. I'd aimed to get it in under £100 a car, and we'll be just over that now. Still an inexpensive and fun weekend! Don't be shy if you've never been on anything like this before (neither had I until last year) - it'll be a friendly and relaxed weekend - NOT a competitive one.
£125 per car will include a run pack, a visit to Heights of Abraham cable car and caverns, Saturday night carvery, a night in a 3* hotel, Sunday breakfast, and the prize giving.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to secure a place. I will be asking for a deposit of £50 by 1st April to confirm your places.
Look forward to hearing from you!
I'm really looking forward to this one!

We've only got 7 places left, if all the people who've asked for entry forms definitely come - so act fast if anybody is considering it! You don't need to have done any previous events like this before, the emphasis will be on enjoying the weekend, not on competition, and there'll be ample help for anyone who needs it. All MINIs/Coopers/Non-Coopers welcome.
This has been far more popular than I'd anticipated - I've taken out some extra rooms out at the hotel to accommodate for this - that's every room in the hotel, so no more additions!
I've increased the number of places with a room to 23 cars (including me), and have also taken a couple of entries from people who are local and will be on the run, but not staying at the overnight stop.
I currently have 2-4 spaces left (depending on confirmation of two places) - so if you're considering it email sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment. After the list is full I will be starting a waiting list.
Thanks everyone, I can't wait for October!
