Mk II Austin Cooper steering wheel boss
Hi All, Could some kind person provide me with front & back photos of a 1969 MkII Austin Cooper steering wheel centre boss so that I know what to look for? I believe it should just clip on as the horn push is on the indicator arm. I've all the other bits apart from the boss. Many thanks
Important question - what make and age of wheel?
i believe this is what you are after…..
…..and this one is going spare.
a bit of crazing in the clear plastic front.
if you are interested PM me so we can discuss.
The steering wheel boss I'm after is as fitted to a July 1969 MkII Austin Cooper as it left the factory. Regards Alan

There was no separate boss, the centre of the original steering wheel just slides onto the splines on the top of the steering column.
I've got a steering wheel boss attached to a leather bound 10" steering wheel if your interested. Came off a 1969 Cooper S.
Sent you a PM evonaut (I think as its the first time I've used this arrangement)!
i'll send you one
