Concours Competition

The CLASSES:-

1. Master Class Mini Cooper, Mini Cooper S, Innocenti Cooper.

2. Mini Cooper S Produced up to 1971. All 1300cc Innocenti Coopers.

3. Mini Cooper Produced up to 1969. All 1000cc Innocenti Coopers.

4. Modified But not customised Mini Cooper (produced up to 1969), Mini Cooper S (produced up to 1971) and Innocenti Coopers.

5. Rover Mini Cooper 1990 onwards.

6. Rover Mini Cooper 1990 onwards modified and customised.

7. Any other Mini Including customised Coopers produced up to December 1980.

8. Any other Mini 1981 onwards excluding Rover Coopers.

9. MINI Cooper & S 2001 onwards.

 

NOTES ON CLASSES:-

a) Class 1 is for cars of the very highest standard. Maintained to original factory specification i.e. being in the condition that they came off the line, and of a very low annual mileage, and winners of classes 1,2 or 3 in the last three years.

b) Classes 2 & 3 are for cars of a high standard, maintained to original factory specification, but in more regular use than those in Class 1.

c) Very minor modifications (including very minor modifications offered by Special Tuning) will be allowed in Classes 1, 2 & 3. If, in the opinion of the judges the modifications are more than very minor, though not excessive enough to warrant re-classification, points maybe deducted.

d) The organisers, and/or judges retain the right to reclassify cars if necessary, and all entrants are reminded that the judge's decision is final.

Numbers of entries in any given class are limited therefore early booking is recommended.

AWARDS:-

1. Car awards to be made to 1st and 2nd in classes 1-9 comprising of a Trophy and an Autoglym Valet Pack.

2. The Beaulieu Cup will be awarded to the best car belonging to a Mini Cooper Register member from classes 2, 3 & 4.

3. The John White Cup will be presented to the owner of the most appealing car entered in the concours. N.B. The Beaulieu Cup cannot be won by a winner from a previous year.
